If our words don't spread,
they don't work.

The only way to persuade the middle is to mobilize our base to relentless repetition and that requires that we speak effectively on issues of race, gender and class.

We are organizers and advocates, communications strategists and researchers, trainers and ad writers who are mobilizing our progressive base for racial justice, gender equality and economic prosperity while persuading any and every person in the middle that our vision of pluralistic democracy is the way to bettering their lives.

Rooted in the empirically-backed Race Class Narrative1, we are bringing these findings from development and testing to dissemination and implementation, organizing and power-building.

We do this by conducting rigorous research, aligning in-state groups around a shared strategy and narrative, and providing training, technical assistance and creative state-based communications campaigns.

Race Class Narrative Action is equal parts empirical message testing, organizing strategy and creative communications approach fused together to motivate and mobilize voters to reject right-wing faux populism and embrace progressive solutions and the kind of government that can implement them.

Race Class Narrative originated through collaboration between Ian Haney López, ASO CommunicationsLake Research Partners, Brilliant Corners, SEIU and Demos.
